Privacy Policy

Scope of This Policy

This launch-version Privacy Policy explains how Silo collects and uses information submitted through the public vaulting intake website. It applies to the launch intake list only. It does not describe the full custody service, future account onboarding, identity checks, or any later product surfaces.

Silo may replace or supplement this policy as formal custody onboarding, account access, identity review, and facility launch materials are finalized.

Information We Collect

If you join the Silo intake list, we collect only the information needed to understand broad launch interest and contact you about future intake windows.

  • Name and email address.
  • Owner type, such as collector, store or retailer, wholesaler, large holder, or other.
  • Broad case-count ranges for cases currently held and cases you may want to vault.
  • Broad sealed case formats, preferred intake timing, and any optional note you choose to submit.
  • Age confirmation, contact consent, and policy acknowledgment.
  • Basic technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as request metadata and anti-abuse signals.

What Not to Submit

The intake list is not an inventory upload, custody application, or account application. Please do not submit sensitive details through the form.

  • No home addresses, storage locations, or facility locations.
  • No exact SKU lists, serial numbers, photos, or exact inventory values.
  • No payment details, bank details, passwords, government ID, or tax information.
  • No information about anyone under 18.

How We Use Intake Information

Silo uses intake information to contact prospective owners, understand broad launch demand, plan capacity by case format and timing, prevent abuse, operate the website, maintain security, send confirmation emails, and prepare future custody onboarding.

Submitting the intake form does not create a custody account, appointment, reservation, priority right, or obligation.

How We Share Information

Silo may share intake information with service providers that help operate the website, database, email delivery, hosting, security, analytics, customer communication, and professional support functions. These providers may process information on Silo's behalf.

Silo may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect Silo, owners, or the service, or as part of a business transaction involving Silo. Silo does not rent or monetize waitlist personal information.

Email Choices and Privacy Requests

By submitting the form, you consent to email contact about your intake request, launch intake, custody availability, and related Silo updates.

You can ask Silo to update, delete, or stop using your intake information by emailing inquiries@silotcg.com. Silo may retain limited records when needed for legal, security, audit, operational, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Security and Retention

Silo uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards for launch-intake information. No online system is perfectly secure, so please keep submissions broad and avoid sensitive details.

Silo keeps launch-intake information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or appropriate for legal, security, audit, operational, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Children

The Silo intake website is intended for adults. Do not submit the intake form if you are under 18.

Updates and Contact

Silo may update this launch-version policy as the service develops. The effective date will show when the policy was last updated.
