Acceptance of These Terms
These launch-version Terms of Use govern your use of the Silo public website and vaulting intake form. By using the website or submitting the intake form, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, do not submit the intake form.
Purpose of This Website
This website provides information about Silo and collects informational launch-intake interest from owners of sealed trading card game cases.
The website is not the full Silo custody service and does not replace any future custody agreement, account agreement, onboarding document, identity review, or facility intake instruction.
Intake List Only
Joining the intake list does not create a Silo account, custody relationship, appointment, reservation, priority right, or obligation for you or Silo.
Silo may decide whether, when, and how to release intake capacity. Appointment windows may be limited and may depend on launch readiness, case format, eligibility, facility capacity, insurance requirements, operating rules, and separate onboarding.
No Unscheduled Shipments
Do not ship product to Silo unless Silo has provided a written intake appointment and written instructions.
Silo is not responsible for unsolicited shipments or product sent outside an approved intake process.
No Custody Relationship Yet
Browsing the website, submitting the intake form, or receiving a confirmation email does not create custody rights, ownership-record rights, withdrawal rights, transfer rights, insurance coverage, or any acceptance of product by Silo.
Any future custody service will require separate onboarding, eligibility review, intake scheduling, documentation, and applicable agreements.
Information You Submit
You agree to submit accurate information and to keep intake submissions broad. The intake form is not an inventory upload or custody application.
Do not submit addresses, storage locations, exact inventory lists, exact values, photos, payment information, government ID, tax information, passwords, or other sensitive information through the form.
Website Descriptions
Website descriptions of vaulting, custody, Silo records, transfer, and withdrawal are high-level explanations of Silo's intended launch service.
Features, processes, fees, eligibility, insurance support, facility access, transfer workflows, withdrawal workflows, and onboarding requirements may change before or after launch.
No Transaction, Tax, Legal, Pricing, or Appraisal Advice
Silo does not provide tax, legal, pricing, transaction, or appraisal advice through this website.
Nothing on this website is an offer to transact in, finance, broker, value, or provide custody for any product. You are responsible for your own decisions and for consulting appropriate professional advisors.
Email Communications
If you submit the intake form, Silo may email you about your request, launch intake, custody availability, and related updates.
You can ask Silo to stop sending launch-update emails by contacting inquiries@silotcg.com.
Website Use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit false or automated requests, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload the service, or use the website to violate law or the rights of others.
Silo may limit, reject, or remove submissions that appear inaccurate, abusive, automated, duplicative, or inconsistent with the purpose of the intake list.
Intellectual Property
The Silo name, logo, website copy, design, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Silo.
You may not copy, modify, or use them for commercial purposes without Silo's permission.

This website is provided as-is and may change as Silo prepares for launch. Silo may update these launch-version terms at any time by posting a revised version.
